Each of my colleagues approached the course with some tentativeness, as they had real issues to deal with in Public Speaking. Now each of them has derived real benefit from completing the class work. Sue was a very popular tutor, and the course was well received. I’m sure if the exercise was repeated we would fill another class.

In recent months, Jo and Sue have delivered professional training for Personal Licence Holders (Scottish Certificate) for the alcohol retail sector, Conflict Management and Finding Sales Opportunities for new managers and supervisors from a range of industries.
